2025-26 External Audit
Each year, the Town Council has an internal and an external audit, which consider the policies, procedures and processes that are in place to ensure we manage the Town Council in a robust and transparent way.
The Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR) for 2025-26 has been concluded for the year ending 31 March 2026.

There is a statutory requirement for all councils to provide local electors and other interested parties with the opportunity to inspect the Annual Governance and Accountability Return and supporting documentation. Budget setting
