As part of the European Regional Development Fund and HM Government’s ‘Welcome Back’ programme, Biddulph Town Council was allocated funding to encourage people to come back into the Town Centre following several lockdowns.
Funding was used to support events in the town centre – the ‘Love Your Local High Street’ project and produce maps/guides that make visitors and those living in the town aware of what’s available.
In February 2022 Biddulph Town Council gave shop proprietors the opportunity to have a professional photograph taken of the interior and exterior of their shop, to use to promote their business and for a feature in Biddulph Chronicle.
