Biddulph Festival

Biddulph Festival is an annual community festival, which began on a small scale in 1997. It partners closely with several groups, supported by volunteers, residents, local businesses, schools and organisations.

Events usually include a launch day parade, dancing, concert, BBQ, ‘Family Fun Day’ and ‘Biddulph by the Sea’ with sand, fair rides and ice cream.

The variety of events make a cultural impact in the town, attract visitors and provide something for all ages, as well as raising money for Festival charities.

Unfortunately, lockdown restrictions meant Biddulph Festival 2020 events were cancelled.

Biddulph Festival 2021 events were restricted – a programme of walks organised by Biddulph Ramblers, cakes at the Churches Together Cafe, a seaside art exhibition and trail and the annual Variety Show.

Biddulph Festival 2022

Starting on the 1st July, the Festival was a variety of arts inspired, community and charity events until the 31st July, with the theme being ‘Colour’.
