The Town Meeting is held annually and gives electors the opportunity to raise issues with the Town Council and other organisations in the town.
In order to involve as many individuals and groups as possible, given the current restrictions, there will be a series of online presentations from local organisations during the day. Any member of the public can attend these and ask questions; here is the 2021 plan for the day

Feedback from these presentations will then be given at the Annual Town Meeting in the evening.
Questions for the Annual Town Meeting can be submitted in two ways:
1) By submitting a resolution to be discussed at the Town Meeting.
2) By participating in the Open Forum and speaking to the Town Meeting.

The business to be transacted at the Annual Town Meeting will be as follows:
• Minutes of the last Annual Town Meeting – Tuesday 21 May 2019
• Presentation of the Annual Report for 2020-21 by the Town Mayor
• Presentation on Town Council current areas of work
• Feedback from local organisations about their projects (from presentations throughout the day)
• Open Forum- To discuss any other issues raised by any elector present
