5-Year Strategic Plan (2024- 2029)
Biddulph Town Council has a 5-Year Strategic Plan. Prior to the creation of this document, the Town Council had a Regeneration Plan and a Business Plan. The 5-Year Strategy pulls all these priorities together, and was developed following the successful referendum for the Neighbourhood Plan and the Neighbourhood Development Order at the end of 2023.
The community was invited to comment on this document during April/ May 2024.

Each year, we produce an action plan, which identifies the priorities for the Town Council and how they will be managed and funded.
