Biddulph Town Council was created in 1974 to greater represent the people of Biddulph. 22 Councillors representing five wards, are elected every four years (next election May 2019) to serve on the Council. The Mayor of Biddulph is appointed annually for a 12 month term.
Biddulph Town Council employees 53 members of staff: Sarah Haydon the Chief Officer, Jodie Hancock, Events and Partnership Officer and three caretakers, responsible for the smooth running of the Town Hall.

Biddulph Town Council is based in the Town Hall on the High Street in Biddulph and is available five days a week 9.00- 5.00pm.
